About Blue Waterfront Restaurant

When dining at Tilghman Island Inn, visitors can expect a serene and intimate experience. Our indoor and outdoor seating areas offer breathtaking waterfront views, creating the perfect atmosphere for a romantic evening or relaxing evening with friends.

Our menu has been carefully curated by Owner and Chef, Tom Green. Tom brings 30 years of experience in the hospitality business. He has experience in a broad range of restaurants, hotels, and other food service venues, including as the Executive Chef at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center.

The Tilghman Island Inn features a casual, contemporary restaurant and waterside seating with menus influenced by the seasons that take advantage of the wonderful local produce, seafood, and premium dry-aged beef of the Eastern Shore. The restaurant also features produce from our own greenhouse and garden.
